Today's ultimate challenge coming up. Answers to the 'Tricia fancies herself as Cinderella' inbox please!
In each group below, the three words end in the same three letters, so they look like they should rhyme, but they don't. See if you can figure out the missing letters in each More...

I am still trying to finish Fiona's puzzle this morning. My IMAGINATION is working over time.

3:33. Not good. But good morning. Looks like spring today!
07/Apr/11 12:27 AM
I lost the piece of paper that I had worked the answer out on. I solved the problem at about 10.30 this morning while I iced my knee then I missplaced it until just a few moments before the witching hour.

Not even spring here, Fiona!

i think that I am going to need some good recipes for green tomatoes as I have about 30kg on the vines and not much chance of very many ripening before the first frost.
07/Apr/11 12:35 AM
to you! I didn't even have to think about this one!
07/Apr/11 12:35 AM
Good Maen, all! Chilly but sunshiny day in Coastal Georgia. And, for a change, there's no wind, so I think I'll take an extra-long bike ride today.

Tricia - this looks like a good fried green tomato recipe: http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/best-fried-green-tomatoes/Detail.aspx

The washing machine is about to finish a load and then I will be able to fill it again and then off to bed for me. I have no decent pain killers left and the knee is being a real pain in the a^$@. Next year I might get my bright and shiny new one.
07/Apr/11 12:39 AM
Tricia - Sorry about your knee. One of my tennis buddies had both knees done (one was a re-do) last year, and she's back on the tennis courts again. It's amazing what modern medicine can achieve.
07/Apr/11 12:43 AM
Washing in the machine. Now I will have a line to fill in the morning as I have 3 other loads done this evening. Good night to all.

well, I finally got the "nerve" up to research where my Son has gone -- He would never really explain it to me - saying - MOM, I already told you what I do !!! I guess, we both had 2 different ideas of what Mom was told !! anyway, Shalom House in St. Louis, Mo is where he is - working as More...

I am looking forward to getting the knees done and I need both done but they are trying to wait until I am a little older (and slimmer). If I can play tennis after mine are fixed, I will be amazed. My Hand-Eye co-ordination is non existant In 3 months of twice a week tennis lessons back in boarding school, I hit the ball 6 times.

I will try the 'Fried Green Tomatoes' and I think producing a batch of Green Tomato Pickle is in my future. Now I must bid you all a fond farewell and take me to my rest. Adieu Adieu to you, and you, and you.

Kind of slept in today. Maen all.

Good luck with your knee thing, Tricia. MIL has been scheduled twice, just this year to have both her knees done, this second time, the surgeon said he would not do it. He said if the shots are working, to keep doing that. The shots are great, but only seem to last a few days. She misses playing More...

Seems today is my breakdown day. Thing II is broke down and does not feel well.

Then my washer has decided it does not like water inside the water holding thing and wants to put it all over my floor. At least my floor got mopped.

The Phantom should like this one.
At my Monday appointmemt, I asked my doctor, that since I was there, could we fix some other problems. He said, OK, what's the problem. I said, my head needs fixing. My darling nurse, could not help but laugh out and my dear doctor had a hard time keeping his More...

Got distracted in my last post and left out a part.

There is now an appointment set up with a head doctor, to fix my head in two weeks.
07/Apr/11 1:31 AM
Tricia... You and I would make a great pair on the tennis courts!
My knees are great, but I'm about as talented as you are.
07/Apr/11 1:41 AM
world! Phantom, if only he was watching basketball, that would be ok. He prefers to watch a news network where it seems they rant and rave and complain (loudly) about anyone who's philosophy is different from theirs. If we could watch different channels on each TV, then I could watch my programs in the other room, and he could channel surf to his hearts delight.

Keith: Yesterday you wrote: "Grats Hal on the A&M ladies' victory.
Um ... you recall when you were one?"
Clarification please; one what? Victor? Lady? Aggie?
07/Apr/11 2:21 AM
One ... of those.
07/Apr/11 2:29 AM
No, I don't recall being one of those.
07/Apr/11 2:36 AM
Where are you, Karen?
