A Green Heron trys to hold perfectly still so I will not see it. Instead, I get a great shot through the brush in the low light of afternoon.

We had a Green Heron, that kept comming to our Swimming Pool (it looked liked natural rock) - for several days. Made quite a mess in the bushes and trees around the pool. That was when I lived in So. Cal. We do have herons here as well - in and around the ponds.
