You knew I would find a wild turtle! The subspecies of the familiar reptile that is found in Missouri lacks the bright yellow lines found on its Florida cousin. This fellow was crawling across my sister's back yard. She said in 10 years there, it was the first time she had seen one. I guess I have a way with turtles!
