4:31 - another easy one. Although it doesn't look too bad in the photo, that piece of coastline looks like it could get very, very cold!
Good morning to all! Another nice picture from eastern Canada. Now this one will make for a great tough jigsaw!
4:57 Is this another of your photos, Canuk Greg?
I wouldn't like to trip over on those rocks.
lovely photo.
We must have been posting at the same time!!
I bet these rocks are pretty in the winter.
nice simple
5.03 Hi all - nice pic, what kind of rocks?
Just did this one as a hard jigsaw, and it sure was a hard one.
Nice picture. Think I'd better put Nova Scotia on my wish list of places I want to visit. It's a very long list!!
This is probably another of Martha's (California) pictures from her Canadian east coast vacation.
4:12, yeepee, I fly today. Theese picture are nostalgic - the rough beauty of N.S is quite unique.
A daunting coast line. Nice pic.
What a picture!
off to balderson ontario for a nephew' s
cool and nice
Maen all
very easy today ^^
4.45 fastst ever
Joe: You'll be halfway to Ottawa. Drive the rest of the way, drop in for a cold one and bring some cheese (I have lots of crackers and fresh fruit)!

Beautiful picture!
Canuk Greg: Yes, you are correct - one of mine. I am not a photographer so I find it hard to make my photos due justice to the scenery. This area is surrounded by seals and birds of all sorts, and the area just behind the rocks is covered with wild roses. When I was there in September the roses had all gone to hips, but the hips looked like large red cherries.
4.46 Not bad at all today. It's Saturday night here at the moment and the kids are building up to Guy Fawkes night tomorrow Nov 5th.There are fireworks going off all over the place.Every now and again Maggie,my pup,has a little barking spell, but on the whole she has been quite good.
I don't know what tomorrow will be like.
3'13. It's hard to tell just how large those rocks are, but I think I'd like to climb around on them.
that picture of eastern canada coast line looks quite a bit like western canada coast line
Hi Greg, I thought it was yours... but Martha- Thanks so much for the great picture. I'd love to be there watching those seals. Canada is full of wonderful wilderness. I have cousins in BC (whom I visited 23 years ago)and would love to return there sometime. I was so impressed!

A very More...
PS - You should hear our big green frogs croaking to one another with delight at the rain. They are living in metal poles - which means it really echos. Last week when we had the carport ablaze with tealight candles for the party - I saw one frog sitting at the top of the pole looking and 'grinning' at the transformation.... but I think he's even happier with our cool rain.
Jim in Darwen: Have never been able to figure out why you Brits celebrate a failed attempt to assinate your King. I know it's not an official holiday, but how did it get to where it is today?
Fi: Thanks, but I'll never come close to the types of pictures submitted by you and others. Just a rookie photographer who gets lucky sometimes and is able to get one decent shot out of every ten. Martha has submitted some great pictures of eastern Canada. Thank you Martha!
Morning all. Lovely Photo. I would like to visit Canada. I did get close on the shores of lake Superior
3.23 think that might be my PB for medium ... bit easy..
lovely photo
have a great day/night one and all
Canuk Greg, I cut and pasted this paragraph from a website I found on Guy Fawkes Day. I've never heard of it before today.

'Some of the English have been known to wonder, in a tongue in cheek kind of way, whether they are celebrating Fawkes' execution or honoring his attempt to do away with the government.'
Jim in Darwin, if Maggie is anything like my dogs. She'll be hiding under the bed when the fireworks go off. Have a good day.
4:18 probably also my PB but nowhere near yours, Rosemary!
3:53 I think that might be a pb for me too.
great pic today
here in england we have rock with blackpool writen all the way through it
Maen all,nice picture.
Any excuse for a celebration Canuck Greg.
The picture is an ok picture. Looking forward to better one's. The puzzle was very good and I enjoyed it. I guess we all have room for improvement no matter what our age is.
