It looks like I did. Good morning everyone. Enjoy your day. We had a radio broadcaster who called Wednesday 'Hump Day', you climbed up to it, and then it was all downhill to Friday and the weekend.
Happy Hump Day, especially those who are still working.

This looks like a Double Day CP, at least CP and Peter accept it.

Okay Hal, in case you worry about my lack of sleep, I'm back to bed now.

Another Aussie, finished my tea and toast. Completed a couple of puzzles and looked at the photos in the rest of them so I might make back to bed. I was asleep but Hubby had the TV on so I woke up again.

Wednesday's ECCO.

It's all about birds so get too it.............

O----- (6) - Boston has a few of these fellows.
----- (5) - These guys are golden, bald and wedge tailed.

Good mAen, good people. Peter, you caught me on two near the end. I'll have to resort to research after all.
26/Jul/17 6:48 AM
Plum, you are not the only one. I had to research a couple myself.

I made a delicious dinner. Chopped chicken rests sautéed in olive oil and garlic, then I added chicken stock, white wine and herbes de Provence, cubed potatoes and green beans then simmered until the potatoes were tender and the bit of broth thickened down. Yum. I could eat seconds and thirds but I'm looking forward to leftovers.

Poor Keith has missed out again. I hope it is because he is enjoying himself in other ways and not because of any illness.

No illness, Wombat, just doing other things.
26/Jul/17 3:21 PM
I'm glad to hear that Keith, but we would like to share in your wisdom a bit more often.

It is rather a pathetic turn out today, but then I am preaching to the converted. I'm just having my afternoon coffee. The coffee is straight from a cheap (less than $A100) espresso machine, but it's really to my liking. The accompaniment is a few cashew nuts and half a baklava roll. Delicious, and not too fattening.
26/Jul/17 5:08 PM
Today's the day to have a Wombats' picnic. Baklava and cashews washed down with coffee is just what wombats like.
