One of our friends who is called Plum
Needs lots of help from some
Of us who can really be seen
To write a limerick that's clean
For the assignment of her little one
07/Mar/09 12:02 AM
Please make it rhyme a bit better than that attempt. It is for a school assignment for her daughter
07/Mar/09 12:03 AM
Good Morning Jill! Warm today!
52 degrees F already! Yippee!!!
07/Mar/09 12:03 AM

07/Mar/09 12:04 AM
Just one peg behind you Shiela, we are 51! They say we will hit low 60's. Bring it on! We are a little low in the Vitamin D Therapy. Too many clouds.
07/Mar/09 12:05 AM
Count me out Mo, my pillow is calling me.
07/Mar/09 12:05 AM
Yes but Shiela, this small limitation of pen is well compensated for by your gift with the brush.
07/Mar/09 12:07 AM
Good Maen to everyone! It looks like these children are having a lot of fun!
07/Mar/09 12:08 AM
oH MY gosh... I was still chatting on yesterday
07/Mar/09 12:14 AM

everyone!
07/Mar/09 12:16 AM
"Not for a million quid M'am, this 'ere is baking day. And you know 'ow cook is!" As said by the English Maid Ellen from Mary Poppins. This particular cook cannot rhyme a lick
so she'll stick to her better known trick,
Of baking up warm little dishes,
that are really quite delicious,
and to your ribs definitely will stick!
07/Mar/09 12:16 AM
to you,
to you,
dear Rose!
to you!
May your special day be wonderful with a and lots of !

07/Mar/09 12:16 AM
Our chat was:

If you were a designer dessert - What would you be and what is the name of you?

Let us know your thoughts.
07/Mar/09 12:16 AM
to you,
to you,
dear Eileen!
to you!
May your special day be wonderful with a and lots of !

07/Mar/09 12:16 AM
Good night Broni... my bed is calling too... just a little light banter first
07/Mar/09 12:17 AM
Hey Madby3 a hello to you, too!
07/Mar/09 12:17 AM
Whew! Free verse & dry brush are my favorites! But I am learning to like the wet brush... Much more challenging and satisfying if done well! We'll just say I am trying! Who knows... maybe I'll try rhyming sometime!
07/Mar/09 12:18 AM
Happy Birthday Rose, and Eileen.
Have a wongerful fun filled day.. and lots of cake.

Eileen is my grandma's name. Wish I knew her.
07/Mar/09 12:18 AM
Now I must prepare for the day. Breakfast, a workout, a shower, and then it's off to work!
07/Mar/09 12:18 AM
Oh my that 22 snuck up on me! Sorry, Keith!
07/Mar/09 12:19 AM
My designer dish is a dessert with banana, chocolate and baileys irish cream.. I think a gateau, maybe a pie.
MADBYDELIGHT !
07/Mar/09 12:19 AM
Hello Shosho... long time no chat
07/Mar/09 12:20 AM
Saw that Dessert Challenge reading yesterdays posts, Madby. My main ingredient would definitely be chocolate. But this is not a challenge to be answered quickly. It will require a bit of thought. Perhaps when I don my apron and begin the days work, I will be inspired!
07/Mar/09 12:20 AM
I await your inspiration... yes do not rush it. The best will come with much thought
07/Mar/09 12:21 AM
Another thought...

If you got into a taxi and the driver started driving backward would the taxi driver end up owing you money?
07/Mar/09 12:22 AM
There once was a mother named Plum
whose heart all her children had won
but whe she painted them green
they were not so keen
to keep on calling her hon.
07/Mar/09 12:22 AM
BTW, baking day Shiela! It was my quest for the proper bakeware on Tuesday that began the whole Tart Business!
07/Mar/09 12:22 AM
...

If it's zero degrees outside today and it's supposed to be twice as cold tomorrow, how cold is it going to be?
07/Mar/09 12:26 AM
Good night everyone... back in 8 hours

Cant wait to hear of the designer dishes you all come up with
07/Mar/09 12:27 AM
Jill, shall I be your assistant ...or just drop by to lick the spatula?
07/Mar/09 12:30 AM
Better bring your own spatula Shiela. My little man takes his takes his licking duties to heart, shirt, sleeves, face, fingers and sometimes even the hair!
07/Mar/09 12:34 AM
Well, friends, I shall ponder all day of delicious desserts and rhyming words... See you later!
07/Mar/09 12:35 AM
Unfortunately, I gotta get going, Jill, but hopefully he'll save me one little lick! (Not!)
07/Mar/09 12:37 AM
Good Maen and Happy Weekend all!
Thank goodness these kids are the good kind of green!
Boy - lots of challenges this morning. I'm gonna have to think on it a bit as I am neither poetic OR designer ...just occasionally vibrant (groan). But I will try and contribute.
07/Mar/09 1:22 AM
Good day to all of you.

to ROSE .
07/Mar/09 1:30 AM
There was a young lass named l'il Plum
From Michigan state she had come
To learn how to rhyme
She knew it'd take time
But good things from effort will come
07/Mar/09 1:33 AM
Oops! I used the same word twice (come). Doesn't count. Back to the rhyming board!
