The Pygmy Hippopotamus is the most dangerous animal in Metrozoo, according to this keeper. Fiercely territorial, they attack anything in their cage. When the critter moved to get out of the pond, the keeper quickly scrambled out of its enclosure.

Glenn is quite correct, hippos are killers. This species is restricted to a small area of west Africa, but its larger cousin is in nearly every large body of water in Africa and is very agressive. Both take their toll wherever they are found.
