Cooked in the sulphur vents at Hakone Japan. The eggs do stink before pealed but taste no different than an egg boiled in water. The sulfa turns the egg shells black color.

I have relatives who live in a 'sulphur' water area in Ohio where their well water smells...like rotten eggs. They no longer even notice it - or so they say!
