Hello Denny, Yes, I used to stay up until later but the older you get, the earlier you go to bed.
I have problems sleeping quite often or waking up in the night and not being able to get back to sleep for a few hours. Plus, there's nothing much on the T.V. these days so nothing to sit up to watch.
