Very good. The detail there is immense.
It evocatively reminds me of my only past close encounter with a wild and free Golden Eagle. It was sitting right on top of a Norwegian mountain summit in the Lofoten Islands in 1965. We were only about 3 metres apart when we saw each other, so I saw much textural (also colour) detail then. The textures in your drawing closely match the reality I encountered on my own very memorable occasion. The Eagle and I were both surprised. [I now know what an Eagle looks like when it is surprised!] Then the bird's wings opened to their full span of about 2 metres, and it glided high and away from that precipitous mountain.
I did not yield to a temptation to follow it, because I am neither batman nor an angel, and I had no hang-gliding equipment with me either.
