Today is my 2nd day of birthday wishes - I just read those from yesterday's - thank you ALL! I've been a bit delayed today while I answered b-day phone calls & an eatable arrangement of fruit delivery! I have learned from previous eatable deliveries that the strawberries DO NOT LAST a second day - so I have a goal to take cares of all of them ... by having hubby help eat them! Although, I'm doing quite well on my own! Thank you for my b-day wishes!

I'm still trying to reach the end of the strawberries - it requires quite an appetite - they are exceptionally large along with many of them are also encased in chocolate! Yum - but also very filling!
My birthday is lasting ALL day - thanks for both days' greetings!

Late, late to Joyce!!

When GannieMo was celebrating a milestone birthday, her and her husband arrived at my house in Albany for a short stay. One of the first Sudoku people to come to Albany and stay with me. We all met up a few days later in Perth and met up with other members and enjoyed a lunch together. Mo!

That last one should have been for Keith.

I remember reading that Kathy was going to be sending a note to bring us up to date as to how her hubby is doing; did I miss her note, Sarah?

I was thinking I ought to post this tomorrow so it will be earlier in the day, but since Joyce asked and Kathy posted this on TOS, here is her update:

A little background and update on hubby's condition....after several hospital stays over the last four months due to heart and lung issues, he was sent to a rehab facility. He is still there. He has physical therapy daily, is gaining strength, and is more mobile. They will continue working with him to reach the goal of being able to use a walker and not need a wheelchair to get around so he can come home. As some of you know, this type of situation pretty much takes over your life. I am doing okay and continue to take this challenge one day at a time. I really appreciate your care and concern. Thank you so much.
