Hi Anni, I'm sure those photos taken on deck must have been awesome. One photo I didn't put on my flickr page was a photo of the salvage crew on board. I couldn't help wondering how on earth they were going to get this ship off the beach? I suspect it will be there until it rusts.

Anni for visiting my page. I have been to Mt Panarama a few times (not when race is on!)My daughter-in-law's family come from Bathurst. I like going through Bathurst when we go to Sydney and I have spent a very cold day in Bathurst watching my youngest son playing rugby, a few years ago now.

Hi Anni. Just saw your comment on Gail's page when I dropped by, so I've wandered over to your place. Here's a jar of freshly made calamondin (similar to cumquats) marmalade. Back in the 70's my husband used to go to the easter bike races at Mt Panorama. I'd go to Dubbo instead & visit my family. Back in the 80's we had a white Kombi, too!
