A quick return visit. I grew up in Sault Ste. Marie, and had an aunt and uncle in Desbarats. I have been to Rock Lake several times and I can understand why you like it there.

Greg, thanks for telling me that. I have some pictures of some beautiful sunrises on Rock Lake. I still haven't figured out how to get them from Windows XP to the Sudoku website. We stayed at the Sun Rise Valley Camp. We went there for about 11 years in a row. This past summer was the first one in the last 12 years we didn't make it up there. I like the grocery store in Desbarats. The man who owns it is a very kind man. I have bought several cd's he had for sale in his store. I forget the name of the group. They were very good and performed locally. I will have to look them up. We enjoyed the hardware store also. They seemed to carry a little bit of everything. We did the snowtrain 13 years ago in March. The scenery was breath taking. I had never seen a fall freeze in action.

Hi Debby! Just LOVE the colors you've decorated your place with cause I'm such a big Michigan fan. I have such fond memories of your state, going to college there, meeting my husband there, & visiting family many times since then. Currently have a cousin in Lansing & a brother-in-law in Chelsea. Whenever you need a southern vacation hope you'll come by & see me at the 'beach'.

Deb, What part of Florida do your parents live? I'm there pretty often too, since my son, D.I.L and baby grand live there. We are hoping to gather there in Feb. sometimes and I'm hoping it will be a time when I will be able to get there. Keep us posted.

Debby - hope things go well for your Mom up at Shands Hospital. Just wanted to tell you that it is an excellent hospital. Both my daughter & son-in-law worked there during & after nursing school at U of FL. Shands treats patients from all over the state who have not been helped elsewhere. Your Mom will be in good hands.
