English Coonhound - another rescue. UPDATE: Penny went back to her previous owner. She was raised as a hunting dog, and lived most of her life confined to a kennel. Except when she went hunting. Any time she was loose, she thought was time to hunt, so she took off at inopportune times. Not good for a companion dog....
