South Esk River in flood down the Cataract Gorge as it flows into the Tamar River in Launceston
The Suspension Bridge across the South Esk. This rocks as you walk across it. The chairlift you can just see has a central span of 308 metres, which is believed to be the longest single chair lift span in the world

In May 1993 the river was quieter than a sleeping dormouse!!! There was barely a ripple!
