It got up to 97 with a heat index of 103. I only baked the cake because I bought a 1/2 peck of peaches and they're too good to make butter out of them.

I have been talking to MizT on MSN !! so that is how I knew she was coming to SA

Temps got much better today, starting about noon, a lot of rain nearby and cooled things down. I had a lovely nap, been to hot for a nap till today and I must have needed it, TWO HOURS

Saw an episode today while I was sorting through papers. They hauled out 4.1 tons of trash from this guys house. Yuck.

I am hunting a part time cleaner, one to help me out when I get behind. Takes me so long to get through once with the cleaning chores, I am already behind on the first room I cleaned!

MizT, I've only seen one house in my life that would qualify for the show. Hubby asked me why I watched it and told him it made me realize our house is not that bad.

Now we did have a house with about that much in it in our neighborhood, till the landowner evicted them!

My neighbor does it part-time, but I don't think she willing to travel that far.

They had 3 or 4 storage buildings, and that was enough good junk, but Al was called to repair a floor where water had leaked and ruined a section.

Becky is is anything like our "Clean House" where they find mostly cluttered homes and then come in, have a yard sale, then recreate 2 or 3 rooms in the home?

they wouldn't want to go in my sewing room..

but then and again. they might find the name of that Quilt Pattern MizT...

and he said, they did not have rooms, they had PATHS through the center of rooms, boxes of things stacked litterly to the ceilings.

I never did find out what was in the boxes hehehe, Al would not peek for me! Said he was afraid of what he might find!

Cyndi, the people on this show are way beyond Clean House. They haven't done any housework in years.

Do any of you think some of those houses on the orginization makeover shows were staged to look that cluttered? I mean, beds with half the closet contents on them, uh, where do they sleep???

I don't know. I've seen a few cluttered houses similar to them though.

it is 2.8 m x 4.3m I think ...... = 9.2 feet x 14.12 feet

I've often wondered that myself, MizT, but the frat house I woud beieve.

dont know where they sleep MizT, but it is also grossly dirty !!!!
