Eclectus Parrot, (Eclectus roratus)

This parrot is a recent addition to the permanent resident bird population at Busch Wildlife Sanctuary in Jupiter. All the animals on display at BWS are either abandoned pets or wild animals too badly injured to be released. This parrot was a pet, but Eclectus are biters and so now it is at BWS.
