Almond Plum picnic cake

Plums were in season, so I had to bake a dessert for the meet up at Debby's for Kathy and Rob. This recipe is low flour (not low sugar), chiefly almond paste and eggs.

Looks delicious, Plum. I wondered what it might be like when you said the name of it on Easy.

BTW, didn't you know that calories don't count when you get to meet Sudoku friends?

I had a piece of this with the mate that Plum brought for us to try. This was one day I definitely did NOT count calories! Yummy!
