Spicks and Specks (tital music from a song by the Bee Gees) is a quiz show where two teams made up of members of the tv/music/comedy media compete against each other answering 'music' questions in all manners of slapstick ways. That's a veeery broad description, girls, feel free to add your two cents worth!!!
