Yes 100 page in 2 weeks is pretty amazing. Sometimes there is nothing going on here, but when a few people get on at the same time the pages just fly by

My Aunties version of the 'Dutch' Potato Salad is much nicer than mine... she adds other ingredients to her's.. so will be my secret !!!

I've been waiting to hear what topper is going to bring to the bbq.

The best sectet for being a good cook, is to serve the meal LATE, when everyone is really hungry!!

MizT, you're right doesn't do anything by following recipe, he just has the idea & puts the ingredients together. Unfortunalely ordinary people like me just can't seem to manage that with food. But then I am totally out of practice.

Who is bringing coleslaw? And what do you put in it? I am not sure I would like apples in potato salad, but they are good in slaw!

Well I for one love coming here and talking about the fluff I would normally chat about with 'real' friends. The first thing my girlfriend and I say to each other is 'What's for tea tonight', just like here with you guys!

YEP< for me a recipe is a suggestion heheheh, but i was really meaning, if 2 people use the exact same ingredients, but make small changes in how they put those ingredients together, the results can be different and that is my secret!

I'm ok with changing which salad I bring MizT. Was going to suggest it a while ago. I'm quite happy to bring coleslaw cos what's a barby without coleslaw!

I wanted apple coleslaw the other night, and had no apples on hand, so I used applesauce in my slaw dressing. OH, ROLA, I make my own dressing, you do also, don't you? No bottled stuff??

Oh I did me a little night cap drinkie last night, cause i have not been sleeping well lately. BOY it did the trick! I was asleep so hard, the cat's meow to go outside did not wake me. she CLAWED me, gently, but one little claw just extended enough to get my attention!
