HI MICHELLE! You are the one who made the great phtot scrap book, right? Is that photo still on your flickr? My daughtere wanted to see, and I forgot to send the photo to her. Daughter does scrappbooking some. So while you are crafting, I might come look over your shoulder for a bit. Welcome to SA and no need to be shy, we do not bite.

YEAH, I have my Avatar! THANK YOU GATH!

This is not just a peach, this is a local landmark in our county, a water tower that is shaped and painted like a peach! I cannot get an avatar of the peach tower, with the base showing, they are not SQUARE photos. This water tower can be seen from Interstate 65, about 45 miles south of Birmingham, Alabama.

Mickey, put down that puzzle book!! Your job (if you choose to accept it) is to lead us in a craft class. This might be especially helpful to Stella, who can't seem to get her mind off time zone factoring . She obviously is having a difficult time going cold turkey, so we need to bring her down slowly. Making a card or album might do the trick !! Forget your shyness and help the woman!!!

Glad you were able to chat with MIL and your Mom. Both of mine are gone, and I miss them both, espically on Mother's Day. it still seems strange that i do not need to shop for Mother's day gifts or cards.

We All did a great job of keeping it going for so long. All of you in Australia keeping it up while we slept over here.

I ALMOST kept it going, one minute too late getting my post in after Stella's winning post, and I was really trying to type fast after I saw she had 5 minutes going when I first saw it heheheh.

thank you! for the geography and time zone info.

I have never chatted with anyone from western Australia. I have cyber friends in Whyalla, I think that is south estern? I actually met this gal and her hubby and hosted her 25 year old son for a week when he made a trip over at a year later. Other friends on east coast also.

Good to chat again, Rola, and you must tell me about Perth someday soon. Since i shall probably never get over there, hearing from natives is next best.

OK, if you know where Florida is, I am just north of the panhandle part of Florida, In fact, /Florida robbed Alabama of much of it's rightly deserved coast line heheheh. So that makes me south eastern USA, and just west of the hangy down part of florida.

We have HOT summers, espically July and August, with high high humidity, about 6 miserable weeks. Spring and fall is delightful, winters mild, but we do drop below freesing, and trees loose leaves, things go dormant. But many winter days are in the 50's F , and I can't find my table for transfering to Centigrade, maybe about 12?? cool, but sunny and nice enough to be outside in light jacket.
