Cyndi, Castor sugar is white sugar that is very fine. Here in Australia we have normal white sugar is a regular sized granule, then castor sugar which is a much finer granule, then icing sugar which is a powder.

usually used in cooking when you want something to dissolve or beat in much more quickly than regular white sugar

I missed replying to those who asked about Kingaroy yesterday. Yes it is where Joh B came from.. peanut country.
Kingaroy is about 2 1/2 hours drive north west of Brisbane (which is the Capital city of Qld). Beautiful rural area but unfortunately is suffering in the drought. Not too many peanuts were planted and those that did plant didn't get much of a crop. Still holding on to the hope that we will get drought breaking rain...SOON

I also seem to have missed everyone.. we will have to work on our timing folks. It's like a revolving door to this site.. in & out and round & round
