Gosh, Jenni, that's awful. I'm so glad she's OK, but she will feel shaken and violated for a while. It's probably a good idea to keep your car doors locked. I never think about it until I'm at the ATM.

She will feel quite traumatised for awhile I know, & I'm sure she'll have her car doors locked from now on. But at least she is unharmed. I am off too so see you all tomorrow.

Wow, you guys have been busy chatting. I have almost 10 pages to catch up on!! I see that MizT is still the reigning TOPP, but Rola is closing in fast!! My son had his school concert last night and they did a tribute to the graduating seniors so we didn't get back until late and since I had to work this morning, I went straight to bed! It will take me forever to catch up!!

Okay, ladies. Listen up!! It has been brought to my attention that the 'comfy chair issue' is heating up. Not only is Rola dragging her overstuffed chair into the meetings, but now Rena is also taking up too much space with hers! This insanity must stop!! As of this posting, I am moving the meetings to the very top floor of the building. As there is no elevator, the two R's will be chairless. This is a democracy!! All chairs the same from now on!! Everyone will have numb butts!! No exceptions!!

Jenni, that was awful about your sister. I hope she will be able to recover from the ordeal quickly. It's something she will never forget. When we had to get a new car a couple of years ago, I thought it was a really good idea that the doors automatically locked when you started moving and didn't unlock until you unlocked them. They even say that when you're getting gas or loading your groceries into your car, you should have the other doors locked. You never know what crazy person is out there.

That's strange. I went from one page to the next and somehow I got logged out. I had to sign in all over again. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Well, it's lunch time and the grilled cheese and soup previously mentioned actually sounds good. I'll see if I can catch anyone later! Although, my son does have a lacrosse game this evening. Maybe after the season finale of 'Lost'.

Oh, and I won't become a cper just for the sake of being a cper!

Hi Stella, Me too. Laundry and moving the sprinkler around the yard. We have a great day here, but hasn't rained for awhile.

I put a youtube on my page for Mamacita's birthday. It's Carole King's 'Where You Lead' and it looks like it is from her 'Living Room Tour'. I saw that tour here at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center a couple of years ago. She was promoting a political agenda regarding saving a forest near her but her music and the atmosphere was great. I love all of her songs and it is amazing how many she wrote for others to perform!
