Well I made the mistake of going shopping with my sister (yes the one I was looking forward to living near) and I'm exhausted. She is one crazy shopper!

I was thinking of a barbie too, depends on when hubby gets home.

Well, the novelty of being near each other will wear off. I used to live over the other side of Melbourne, in between two of my sisters. All good, until...
It wasn't the reason we moved but it certainly came into the equation. Not long after we moved here, I invited my sis who lived alone in Adelaide to come live with us for a while. She was like a nanny for my kids when I was working full-time. Well, after 12 months, we both decided we'd had enough! She has now moved out with her fella, and only lives 10 mins away but we don't see each other very often now.

My hubby used to call me chook - I finally got him to stop but his brothers still call me chook and one of his nieces calls me Aunty Chook!

When I was pregnant hubby used to call me fatty. The looks he used to get were terrible. I didnt mind cause back then I was rake thin. Being called fatty was funny. NOT now mind U.

Gail, how are you coping with the hot weather? I always thought March and Moomba was the best time in Melbourne so guess it was never this hot at this time when we lived there.
