Suzy, my kids think I look nerdy or like a telemarketer as I bought the headphones to plug into the cordless phone. Sometimes I'm on hold for ages, so I use them. On the other hand, I must be a bit cool. 13 yo daughter snaffled the 2 handbags I bought in the city on Saturday. Apparently I'm free to borrow them whenever I want. Probably I should read that to mean, if she's not using them!!!

It's a good thing you got 2. She isn't likely to use both of them at the same time.

Ooh, ooh! (Did you ever see the TV program called "Welcome Back, Kotter?") How about a picture of bundled standing corn stalks, maybe with a pumpkin next to it? (I don't know if you can find something like that.)

Silly Susan, Ooh, ooh! (The character Arnold Horschak used to say that.) I used Google Image and typed in bundled standing cornstalk with pumpkin (or something like that). There was an image at the very bottom right of the first page. If you can't find it, I saved it and could possibly e-mail it to you if I have your e-mail address. Or, I could get it approved as an avatar, use it, and you could copy it.

Found them! They were next to the cleaner I was reading instructions from.... duh!

Suzy, I'm mean too, but..... it suits me to store them in her built in cupboards, gives me more room to spread my bags out. I hate jam packed cupboards. She'd still ask me before using them anyway. I borrow her pretty necklaces all the time.

I didn't only crop Rocket. I saved him in Paint and erased everything bar Rocket and Mr Squiggle. It will be interesting to see how it looks.

Ebob recently said she has no wallets/purses and that's why she keeps her money in her bus pass holder (where it can get lost/stolen at school!)..... She has at least a dozen wallets somewhere! She has just decided she doesn't like them anymore....

Our one and only local handbag store has everything 50% at the moment. That doesn't sound good for their future, but I picked up a new wallet for Ebob and a fancy shmancy bus pass holder for Ally. They'll have to wait until Xmas to get them though!

The car, have no idea how long it is going to take to fix or how much $$. His Car Insurance will pay for the fixing not only his car, but the other car he hit.
Because of his age, 19, he has a huge excess payment on the car insurance, an expensive lesson for him, to keep his eye on the traffic in all directions at the same time!!

Susan, I finally worked out how to resize my pictures without using shrink pictures! Felt very computer literate for a moment there! Then someone invited me to see their page on Facebook and I turned into a loser again....

At least you have a handbag store, Suzy! My cousin owns a Strandbags store in Melbourne, says many of the bags cost her 50c!!!! Wasn't it kind of her to give my mum 2 handbags for her birthday! I don't think I'd show my face at a big party with a gift that everyone knew cost me $1.

I was thinking about how much I hate washing windows and whether it was worth it... I've decided that I would love both a ride in Rocket and a trip to SF and maybe a bit of elbow grease would be worth it! But only if I don't have to stick my nose out the hole in Rocket!
