Sneaking in again - and believe it or not your nagging worked! I have actually written something!!

Why an engineer (Bachelor of Engineering, Chemical Ruby) would want to teach... has everything to do with the hours and engineer works and the impact of taking a few years off to stay home with the kids. As an engineer I averaged 60 hour weeks and could have done more, not what I wanted with young kids and now teenagers. And now that I have taken time off my skills are very rusty so even if there were any engineering jobs going down here, I'm not convinced I'd be very good at them!

It seems you all were on a food kick yesterday. I've had rabbit, venison, quail, pheasant, alligator, squid, snapping turtle, and frog legs. Also, have had the "odd" dishes made from "common" animals.

Becky it certainly isn't easy work. Hubby cut the game into pieces before he goes to 'work' that leaves me to make the cartons up add the liners,weigh the game pack it into the cartons [15kgs] tape the cartons off, put it onto the back of the ute. bring it to the shed and store it into freezers.and it is never less than 200kg to do at a time.

then when we gave a tonne we pack the cartons onto pallets and a truck either come to pick it up or we take it into town for a truck pick up. then it starts all over again.
