i am getting a fashion show right now from benny(17). he just got some nw things and is showing them off. he likes nice clothes and pays for his own. he really is a sharp dresser. i'm glad he doesn't go down the "gangster" dress road. we would be fighting all the time.

Ruby, the camellia is Prince Frederick William and I have had the bush for over 30 years.
Becky, Laura will only be in hospital overnight and her parents will stay with her. AS Sharon will still not be able to lift her or anything I imagine they will be with me for about a week afterwards.

Ruby...although the list and plan of attack is well under way I have to confess that the management committee tends to have trouble at times initiating the plan.... last year was my worst ever...[and also my first Sudoku Christmas]... wonder if that should give me a clue... I must learn how to turn the computer off!!
BTW...I do a lot of cyber shopping...have usually got quite a stash by the time Christmas comes and the only REAL shopping I do is for the boys [Pete and Lachie] and what more could they want..they have ME!!!!

It certainly wasn't me who 'broke the site'!
I ended up going to bed veeery early last night. I wasn't feeling too well at all. I chatted to Rolanda then vdV for a while on msn then said I was going for a lie-down but actually took myself off to bed. I heard D#3 being dropped back home after attending another Rotary dinner at about 9ish, I had just dozed off, and then was asleep from then on.

Yes thank you Bean, feeling much better this morning.
On top of the day's exhaustion, I also had a bit of a tummy bug which certainly didn't help! Also got a touch of sunstroke, so to say I was feeling a little sad and sorry last night is putting it mildly.
Just a touch of a headache today, drinking lots of water and 'doing a Gail' later will definitely help, I am sure.

Doing a Gail is definitely a good idea...
I'm off to do a Bean now and try and ignore this wonderful little time waster that this site is!! Hopefully will achieve a thing or two before the end of the day. Don't even know if P & L will be back for dinner...might make a macaroni cheese just in case they are hungry and that will let me off the hook. Ciao for now

I have just been out digging some weeds out of the garden (my Doc says 'no gardening') as it is getting a bit overgrown. Not sure to tell hubby we will go somewhere near the water for lunch or that we will work in the garden (in the garden he does the lawns, cuts branches I cannot reach, mangling the trees, and nothing else!!!)

Suzy...just as well they won't be trying to understand me....I can't a lot of the time....which is a worry when I think I know what i am saying...I talk too fast and it comes out back the front and sometimes opposite to what I am thinking.....DUH!!!

I was a bit thingy when waving them off, but okay afterwards. Unfortunately no parents to have coffee with! But I will meet some this afternoon to make up for it.

They have no phone reception at the moment which worries me because it might be worrying them! On the other hand it will teach them a bit of self reliance so...
