Dese - don't know if you meant to post your question on the SA page, but I can direct you to the "Forum" (link at the top of the page). On that page there is a sub-catagory that has help with solving the Sudoku puzzles. Good luck!
Those "tough" puzzles are a bear and it takes me a long time, too. The only reason I posted so early today is that I out-and-out cheated (guessed) to get to the picture as I have early appointments today. (confessions of a cheat!)
