Hey Dorthea, was she late for her own birth?!!!
Back when we lived in South Australia, we had a friend who could NOT get to anything on time. We always had to make up a time much earlier than the rest of us and yet still... She was forever trying to pack too much in too little time.

Hello Dorthea - I posted a poem earlier this week that had a word in it that has a totally different meaning in Australia than in the US. Unfortunately, I didn't know this! Anyway, if I have offended anyone, I am very sorry. Susan/Ingham brought it to my attention. I will not use that word

A MOA FOR DOROTHEA
I find incentive for to write -
silly verses on this site.
But Dorothea is a fan -
so I’ll keep on writing if I can.
For her loyalty now I leave -
a pre-cooked Moa of make-believe.
The bird is big – that’s how it grew –
But please enjoy; it’s one of few.

Dear Dorothea, Today I picked to visit you and gosh I am glad I did...I loved your pictures and wish I could live in San Francisco. It is snowing heavily here but it will all go away soon I hope. Bringing you love...all flowers are gone for now and giving you maple syrup with brandy. My computor table is always a mess too but it is lovely to get in touch with people like you.

Sorry Dorthea! I've just noticed, upon a moment of myopia restoration, that your name is 'Dorthea', not Dorothea. It's infectious as Orianne has done the same. Maybe it's an Internet 'virus'!
I mentioned in my verse I'd sent the Moa. I have been notified of a set-back. It got annoyed about
