Raspberry Tart

Labor Day dessert was supposed to be raspberry Napoleons, but the pastry burned, so I had to start from scratch. I cobbled together the leftover bits and pieces of pastry to form the crust of this tart. I melted chocolate with a raspberry liqueuer then spread half of it over the crust, topped that with a cheesecake custard and raspberries, then drizzled the rest of the chocolate over the top. It actually tasted quite good, but I'm sure it would be better with a "proper" crust!
