Owl during daytime roost Vernal, Utah

This owl decided to roost on a local fence in the daytime. He would turn his head every direction to watch me walk by and take his photo, but didn't bother to fly away. Does that mean I am trustworthy?

It certainly means he didn't feel threatened in any way!
