When I told the keeper I worked in a Nature Center and handle sea turtles, he handed me this boa, while he spoke to the crowd. One lady asked if I was afraid it would bite me. I said no because it was not venomous. The keeper then said "He says that now, but if it bites him he will scream bloody murder!" I kept smiling though my heart skipped a beat!
