You have a wonderful sense of humor & a very happy looking family. on your new exercise & healthy eating regime. I have some good recipes from the South Beach Diet book I'll try to post on Gath's new page for everyone trying to get fitter.

LK party on girl and celebrate that pound that was lost. WE didn't pack it on in a couple of weeks and its going to take more than a couple of weeks to lose it. BTW,the recommended loss is 1-2 pounds weekly so you are so on target...keep on keeping on!

It is almost 2:30 a.m. here in MN, time for me to go to bed, but everyone feel free to help your self to whatever tickels your fancy. Plenty of wine and food to go around. Smooches to everyone and enjoy your time here!
