I'd say Yellow-rumped (although we cannot see her buns!) if she is around in the Winter only ... maybe Pine Warbler if she is there all year ... :-) Yellow Warbler doesn't have the brilliant white bars, and the Palm Warbler doesn't have white bars at all! Hee hee! Didn't know I was a birder, didja? Awesome photos!!!!

I might have even guessed American Gold Finch changing from winter to summer colors or juvenile to adult.

But it's pretty regardless of variety.

We have these birds here and we call them Gold Finches.They are around all year and the males change colour in Winter.Lovely photo.
