I was just wondering if someone might be lurking?

Most exciting thing happening here today was grass cutting. i got the front yard and side yard done, still a LOT to do in the back. With our rain, after none so long, well everything is growing like it was on steroids. Plants have to finish their life's work and make seeds!

Did you read earlier? I now have spell check Here in sudokuland when on foxfire for a browser!

No lurkers at the moment, it seems. Congrats on the TOPPs. I did not know we were close.

I do hope to be able to make quilts again someday soon. There are still ideas swirling around in my head, and I still have a LOT of fabric.

I'm looking forward to more quilt pictures! The mom of a former student also made beautiful quilts - even dyed some of her own fabric - and made some beautiful wall-hanging type quilts (approx. 2 x 3 feet) for the learning center of the school.

MizT, was beginning to think you fell into a rabbit hole.

I think I shall limit myself to wall hangings and baby quilts now, once I finish ONE work in progress. I can make a lot more more quilts that way.

Huumm, not so sure about that spell check, slows me down, if I KNOW it is misspelled or typoed, I am obligated to go back and change it :>)

About 1/2-1 inch. Need lots more.

Has not been too bad this year, weather has moderated, and a lot of cool down from showers or near by showers.

Don't you wish that the people who plan an office like that had to actually work in it for 5 days in a row?

vdV, know what you mean. The first office I was in was the same way. I figured management just wanted to keep an eye on us.

vdV, my friend, working a government contract on a military base near here, was moved 5 times whhile they were relocating. They changed phone extensions each time they moved desk like that so IMs on computers were the only way to communicate!

MizT, you got a phone? They only gave us one for 10 people.

Not me Becky, a friend. and yes, they got phones, but they only had budget to cover 11 months of utilities!! So they were very cold in winter!

Becky, did they expect you to get anything accomplished that way?

Yep, when the problems get bad enough again, I will send a report to Gath, he did some work on it last week, and it helped some. having the aliens helps me find the problems.
