I'm rereading HP #6 to get ready for #7, Mama.

Stella, I got caught on IM, did not think I had been chatting long, boy time flies when you are having fun!

Max had just gotten out of shower after tryouts and had his message ready for me to tell him when. As you can see I thought there was two more to go. Now two younger ones are off watching a bit of tv before bed.

Miz T...They are really beautiful...you have a great eye for patterns that are very interesting.

Stella, that is a quilt pattern! It is called Day Star and I forget who designed it, but I wish I had made one of those!

I like designing them more than making them!! Unfortunately, to see how your designs turn out, you must make them heheheh

I do play with quilt design software, though, but do not have the latest and greatest, so not always my choice of fabrics swatches on programs to work with.

It's a lot of work....how about a partnership deal for your designs similar to your birthday quilt?

MAMA, I am not starting any big projects now, I have had a problem with my hands, and old Author. it keeps me from sewing , and especially from cutting with rotary cutter.

My sister makes quilts all the time. I have one that I started but never finished. Some day...

What kind of quilt were you looking for Mama?

Oh How I can relate to that...I'm sorry some of your creativeness has had to be put on hold due to painful hands...that's such a drag!

Mama, most quilters have to much of their own to do to make someone else quilt hehehe. heck, a quilter cannot even give away NICE works in progress usually. You have to be a famous designer getting paid to design to afford to pay someone to sew your designs.

the other quilts I designed for my group, well, I did not get to KEEP THEM hehehe

I happened to be cruising around a bookstore the other day and ran across a book on quilting which specialized in quilt designs that were optical illusions. The title was OPTICAL ILLUSIONS QUILT DESIGNS, by Sharon Cerny Ogden. Anybody ever heard of it?
