Rola, his parent paid for the trip because he just graduated from college. They are supposed to cover almost every country over there. So far he's been to England and France. I think he's going to Italy next.

He's a nice enough 'kid,' but has never had to work for anything. That's changing this fall. He's going to the U of Arizona for a master's degree. He has to work for the college and go to classes.

oh June, you must be so excited. Have you been washing like a mad woman possessed!? Got your clothes all organised, checked tickets, PASSPORTS, where are the passports!!!!

Hubby looks after passports tickets etc. Tomorrow is washing day for sheets, towels etc.
Been cleaning out pantry, fridge etc. Hubby went off to a baseball game today which did not impress. He just likes to pick out his clothes etc (Where is such and such?), pack his bags and walk out the door. Trouble is I spoilt him and now difficult to change him.
I like to think the house will be reasonably presentable when I come home. Do not want to think I am coming home to loads of housework!!

Excellent thinking June. A clean home to come back to. I bet if your hubby's anything like mine he'll ask where his socks are at the last minute. I always have to ask him if he's checked his sock drawer and it's like a revelation each time, 'I have a sock drawer'!!! Must go fling food at the tribe so if I don't catch you before you go, have an Ab Fab time. Remember, we are living vicariously through you so plenty of good times please. Will be waiting with baited breath to hear all the details. and bon voyage.

Good morning all! It's a bit late this morning, 9am. Everyone is sleeping in and I was checking out all of the pages and youtubes first to see if anyone was around! Looks like an iffy day today. Hi Ruby, I don't know if you are still around though!

The kids are trying to talk me into taking them to the drive-in. For some reason, I'm kinda tired today.

The Fantastic 4 and Surf's Up are playing, so it would be a perfect time to go. Sometimes they pair an inappropriate movie with a kid's movie!

Hubby doesn't want to go though because he has to get up early for work and he is tired as well. It must be our allergies. They have been bad the last couple of days.

Hubby must have just put on the grill to cook the steak for dinner. I can smell it wafting up through the window and it is making me hungry!

Since I was shopping yesterday, I missed my usual Saturday chores. I need to get some laundry done at least so H has clothes for the week!

Well, I thought if I chatted long enough someone would come by. Maybe I'll just have to OTT cp to get to TOPP!?!

I didn't get to read that book even though D#2 finished it in about 4 hours. I wasn't around all day Saturday and was too tired to start reading it last night. D#1 had to bring the book back today.

Everyone I know that has read it has loved it, so maybe I'll reserve it from the library.
