Glad you like it. I found a no-bake peach cheesecake recipe that isn't real sweet. We had it over the weekend.

Hey Rena, when driving home yesterday with Mum, after I picked her up, we saw a Double Rainbow !!! Looking at your page with your piccie of the rainbows, just reminded me .

It changed on my page,try refreshing first.

Most of the time when we get rainbows here they are double.

I taped the skunk from gumball's room. That was when we lived in the cabin.

They're cute, but that smell is wicked.

Hubby did the bear which was not far from the cabin and I did the hummies.

The bear seemed a little bashful. The only ones I've seen have been in the zoo. I did see a bobcat once on my way home from my dad's. I wished I could have gotten a picture, but it was moving too fast. I think he was on the hunt.

The smell is even worse when they spray. The night I taped the skunk, we had been down to the house(where we live now, parents-in law lived there then) for dinner. It was on our deck when we went home. Gumball didn't know it was there and went running up the stairs(the ones in the video). We all backed up and gave it room to get away. Luckily it didn't spray. It came back later, that's when I got it on tape.

We have a bobcat around here. I saw it not far from the bottom of our driveway one evening in the spring. It ran across the road and hide under a tree. I didn't have a camera but it was to dark to take a picture anyway.

A skunk has made a home at a vacant house across the street and 2 doors down from us. When the wind blows just right, the smell takes your breath away. It sprayed the neighbor's dog. The poor thing had an awful look on his face.

The year my fil died, a skunk used to come in the cat door into the mud room at the house. It came every evening to eat some cat food. The cats would just sit there watching it. Hubby's aunt took a picture of it(with flash) through the glass door and it didn't do a thing. Just ate cat food and left.

She was either lucky or it was used to seeing people. I try and give them as much room as they want.

That's a very good idea.

We seem to be getting more wildlife in our neighborhood in the last few years. I'm used to seeing them back home, but not around here. I've gotten into the habit of looking around before I let the dog out anymore.

Civilization is taking over more and more wildlife habitat. They don't really have anywhere to go. Where I live, I expect it to be around and try not to disturb it too much.
