Your tuna salad sounds good, we like tuna and do that often. Besides, you went gourmet, you had chips :>). Wal mart bakery makes the whole wheat pita bread, in case you have a WalMart super store there.

I have gotten acustomed to having him home for lunch. If he is working away from the shop, I make his lunch, to keep him eating healthy, so not a lot of difference

I'll check the Walmart for the pita, sounds good.
BTW, the chips were low fat It's not making lunch that bothers me so much, it's thinking of WHAT to make

Oh Kathy, I know just what you mean, having to think up meals. That is why one morning on the competition page, I was planning 'what's for dinner' at 4:30 AM and someone asked why so early? to make sure I have everything,
time to thaw it, or go purchase it.

You are doing the low fat meals also? If so, how long have you been cooking low fat?

I'm trying to find things that are low fat, but still taste good. Using more ground turkey/chicken, skim milk, LF cheese, etc. Eating more fish, too. Oh, and salads, salads, salads!! The internet is a great source for recipes. Still throw a steak on the grill occasionally

Yes, that is some record, and honest, I am not TRYING to get top of every page. It is just happening. Someone will knock me out of top of page sooner or later, I know.

Hi MizTricia. I really am just lurking, am at work & can only check out this page between clients! So not too much happening for me today - just work. What sort of day did you have? Is it hot over there? It is warm here (warm for this time of year that is), but overcast & hopefully we may get some rain - fingers crossed.

Hello, Rosemary. Rola thanks for your welcome. I have been playing on this site for well over a year, but usually at work, so never left a comment. It took until the last to post comp for me to make a comment, & I decided I might as well pay the membership to help keep the site going. But had to wait till now for the SM part to come through. I am impressed by Gath though, because I actually took my SM with a different name (Jen, instead of Jenni) but same log in details. I thought I would have to change my persona when my membership came through.

Thank you too Roseamry - & I love the colour of the rose too , can almost smell its perfume
