Cyn I have a philosophy about the posts on this site, and I probably won't explain it well.

We all come here for different reasons on different days. Sometimes we just feel like a distraction and some fun, sometimes we need support from people who care, sometimes we need to be distracted from stuff that is worrying us, sometimes we don't want to do stuff and any excuse will do, sometimes we just come here because it's here.

For whatever reason we come here, humour is important to all of us. I don't think your post could possibly be interpreted as flippant in the context of this site.
