Lovely home, and the landscaping starting is great. Like cyn, I would enjoy seeing the 'after' photo. Did you know, in US, you cannot get a certificate of occupancy and move in until landscaping is done? You need the certificate to even get electricity changed from the temp electric, a 4 gang plug in on a pole outside, to house electric? At least that is what happens in Alabama.

Looking as if it is going to be lovely Rolanda.
Over here the builders normally do the landscaping at the front of the house, but normally that is just lawn and if you are lucky maybe a shrub or tree.

Tricia, nope do not need landscaping done before moving in.

Brenda.. some Estate do the Landscaping, not ours, and Builders do so as well, but not ours!!
Well the Builder could have if we paid them to...
