One of my better attempts posing with a statue.  All I can say is that it's lucky for anybody seeing it that there's no audio.

Youtube- Julian Bream and John Williams playing my favorite piece of music, Claire de Lune, by Debussy.

It's hard to tell which one was worse, his playing or my voice.

Morning Keith, no, not MIA, just a little disheartened right now so nothing to report except staying the same even with the added walking, etc... Someday I will have something positive to report.

You on the other hand, are doing fantastic! Keep up the great work.

Linda, staying the same is positive. Plateaus are so frustrating because you know you're working hard, and the scale isn't changing. The working hard part has got to be making you feel better. Focus on that for now. Eventually the plateau will pass. At least the scale is not going up.

Laughing out loud here, Keith, you've done it again, but do you know when I looked it kind of bounced away and do you know where it was heading?? (I do )
p.s. The chocolate stash is safe, I put it in the jar, in the cupboard, floated the cupboard on a big boat, got to the island, took a helicopter.. phew no one will find it now.. all I need is a map!!

Hey Keith, just looking for Freckles Ball, Linda said she thinks it landed in here somewhere? Oh bugger you've thrown it, where? All the way to Andre's, ok I'm catching the next flight over. Thanks, chat soon.

Keith: Excellent photo!

How are you doing? I have been extra good this week and hope the scale will reflect it. If not, I am feeling better anyway. The boss is gone today (2-1-07) so I plan on walking around the church for about 10 minutes every hour or so.

Keep up the great work

Linda, after Monday's weigh in, I indulged a bit, and as of yesterday morning, the scale was up a pound. I didn't weigh today. Hopefully I can get back down again by next Monday.

Keith, you will do whatever you set your mind to, you have already proven that

I too enjoy my adult malted beverage and have been very good about VERY limited consumption, but everyone will indulge sometimes and I plan on doing just that on Superbowl Sunday with all of our friends at the Elks Lodge. But then back on track Monday

Keith you are doing SO well, you must be so proud of yourself and so you should be.

It sounds like you're doing it slow and steady and more importantly, doing it for yourself.

Congratulations - you are an inspiration.

Well Keith, this requires a serious CP plus....

Go ahead and break. Nice break Keith. You made the 4 ball. Shoot again.

Thank you for my new page warming present. The exercise of caring for 2 pages should help me keep this new trimmer figure! So glad you didn't bring chocolates, I might have been tempted and as you know temptation is the one thing I czn't resist

Nice try. My shot eh? Two ball in the side. Yeah. 3 ball in the corner. Darn, I made it but I scratched.

Knock it off Keith! I know I left an open shot on the 14 and the 15 is over the corner, but you'll never make them!

CG, you stole post #222. 2 has been ''my'' number all my life ... but, thanks for the game. It was fun.

Monday morning weigh in report: I've again lost 2 pounds since last Monday, for a total of 12 pounds since the beginning of the year. I still haven't had a beer. I indulged a bit much the first couple days after last weigh in, then got serious for the rest of the week. Do the rest of you reward yourselves for a good weigh in by pigging out a bit? Probably not the best idea. I still have not missed a day of my exercise program either, and I just keep feeling better and better. Again, thanks for the encouragement and praise, it means a lot. And, I hope the rest of you are sticking with the program and finding success.

Hi Keith, you are doing great! Congrats on 12 lbs dude! As of Friday I was still at the same place and walking outside really isn't an option right now. Will keep on trying for another week, then will see how it goes.

Keep up the good work!

Hey Keith. Sorry about taking 222. Bright side is you still have 444 and if you're into the old Gregory Peck movie 'The Omen', 666. I'll be watching when you hit both those milestones my friend!

Congratulations on your 12lbs gone.
My lack of weight loss spurred me on to 11,600 steps today so some good became of it

Two more pounds this week? Awesome! See, you were worried for nothing! Must be all that early morning exercise ... :)

Big up Keith.. I am weighing in tomorrow, not sure whether to do it one bit of body at a time that way I can discard the section I don't need.. The hill is getting easier unlike the longing for my beloved chocolate..
So do we have to keep posting until 2222, I think I may have reach my goal weight by then, maybe on the skin and bones side

Thanks Mo, Judy, resemary and andré. Without you I'd have slipped big time weeks ago. And andré, I want everybody to still be here for 2222, and if we've all reached our goals, so much the better.

Hey Keith, thanks for the visit. Just getting very frustrated and posting isn't the place to go into it all. Anyway, keep up the good work, maybe one day I can be just as good as everyone else

Howdy Keith, liked your oxymoron!

I give up, how the hell did I gain 5 lbs in 2 days? I was feeling so good, actually back on track and decided to weigh myself, what a mistake that was, took all the air out of my sails. I will cheer everyone on in their accomplishments, but obviously I will not be joining the land of the thin anytime soon.

Is that enough??

Keith, thanks for your words of support, you are a dear and a source of inspiration. I am going to try Rose's suggestion of not weighing for a month but staying on track and see what results that produces .

Weigh in report for week 6 (Wed. this week instead of Mon. because we were traveling): I stayed the same this week, which I see as good news because I expected to gain. Traveling made staying on track difficult. I ate more than I should have twice at restaurants, and allowed myself one beer, and skipped one day of exercise because we were on the road. Considering all that, I thought I'd gain, so I was pleased to see I was the same. I hope the rest of you are finding success.

Keith - Good job on staying on track. Love the photo. I have a photo of me next to Paul Bunyon too, it was taken in Brainard, MN. I think I was about 8 or so.

I must add some health information to my weekly report. Just before Christmas my blood pressure was 156/84, too high. After exercising and starting to lose weight (2 weeks into my efforts) it was 146/72, and today it was 142/67. Things are looking better, and I have the group to thank for it.
