I was so pleased to see that you visited my 'humble abode', not sure if you know what or where it is but I will let you into a little secret (only because you are a Floridian and I am now familiar with most of your State) it is Parliament House, Melbourne, Australia (no, not Florida). I loved my visit and hope to return there very soon, although I do think your food portions a bit over to top LOL We here in Oz put half that amount on our plates. Although, we visited Sea World, Orlando, it is very similar to our Sea World on the Gold Coast, my most favourite place was the Everglades, what a magical place. Cheers and happy housewarming

Glenn, Robin favors you, you both have engaging eyes, but she has a more infectious smile, while yours is one that relects mischievousness(as in Pecks bad boy). I love the picture. How was she able to keep that butterfly on her finger long enough to have the picture taken? Her joy is all over her face! The photographer was great too.

I've been bottling in my kitchen today so have just cooked up a few cyber bottles as well.

Just thought I’d drop you in a bottle of home made LEMON CORDIAL. It’s fantastic with water and with soda water. Cheers.
Ingredients:
Juice of 7 large lemons
Grated rind of 5 large lemons
1 kg sugar
1.5 litres of water
25g citric acid
Method:
1.In a large pan, boil up sugar, water, grated peel and citric acid.
2.Take off the heat and add juice, If preferred, this may be strained.
3.Bottle whilst still hot into clean, sterilised (in oven ) bottles

We are heading out at dawn tomorrow to drive to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, for Christmas with my wife's entire family. Her parents and sister (including our brother-in-law and their three children) live there. Her brother is driving down from Kalamazoo, Michigan with his wife, daughter, and twin infant sons (seven months old). We will have lots of Cajun food - including beignets and cafe au lait for breakfast! Gumbo! Etouffe! And the best deep fried Cajun turkey for Christmas dinner! I will post samples of the taste treats if I can!

Glenn, when the cajun party ends, consider partying with us on the shuttle. Our flight to Napa went a bit out of control. The first class cabin is being repaired now, and we'll be ready to cruise around the world for a New Year's bash at 35,000 feet. Even the wildest party animals are welcome. Put on something VERY sparkly; tell us the airport nearest you, and we'll fly in to scoop you up!

Hi Glenn. 2007 is around the corner. A whole new year coming up, and so much will happen during this coming year. Christmas Tequila Cookies

1 cup of dark brown sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 cup of granulated sugar
4 large eggs
2 cups of dried fruit, such as dried cranberries or raisins
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 bottle Jose Cuervo Tequila (silver or gold, as desired)

Sample the Cuervo to check quality.

Take a large bowl, check the Cuervo again, to be sure it is of the highest quality, pour one level cup, and drink.

Turn on the electric mixer...Beat one cup of butter in a large, fluffy bowl. Add one teaspoon of sugar. Beat again. At this point it's best to make sure the Cuervo is still OK, so try another cup ... just in case.

Turn off the mixerer thingy. Break 2 leggs and add to the bowl and chuck in the cup of dried fruit, pick the frigging fruit off floor... Mix on the turner. If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaterers, just pry it loose with a drewscriver. Sample the Cuervo to check for tonsisticity.

Next, sift two cups of salt, or something. Check the Jose Cuervo.

Now shift the lemon juice and strain your nuts. Add one table. Add a spoon of sugar, or somefink. Whatever you can find. Greash the oven.

Turn the cake tin 360 degrees and try not to fall over. Don't forget to beat off the turner. Finally, throw the bowl through the window, finish the Cose Juervo and make sure to put the stove in the dishwasher.

1/9/07 Wow, Glenn. That's a great Gator display!! There were lots of proud Gator fans showing off their Gator regalia all over town today. What excitement. It must be fun to be in Gainesville this week. Hope Robyn's interview went well. What kind of job is she hoping to get?
