Back from the movies. The movie was good but a couple of the parts I was looking forward to were not put in. Of course, the book is about 800 pages so it would be impossible to include everything! Then we stopped for lunch.
Very nice although very full! We only do this a couple of times a year so it was nice to go all together!

Looks like we are about to be hit by some severe thunder storms. Hopefully, we won't lose power!

S#2 has the second day of soccer tryouts. I'll have to see if there is a way to find out if they are postponed rather than going all the way there.

HI STELLA, looks like I missed you again! our weather has been threatening all day, but no rain. Clouds have kept it cook and a nice breeze is blowing, I hear thunder in the distance.

I'm watching Last Comic Standing.

Didn't get home until 9pm after the soccer tryouts. Stopped at Staples to pick up some school supplies that were on sale for a penny!

How did S#2 do? Went out to supper tonight. First time since March.

He did ok. He is not as flashy as some of the players but he gets the job done. Next set of tryouts are next week. Then S#1 is leaving for a tournament in North Carolina.

What kind of restaurant did you go to?

How many tryouts do they have?

Are you going to NC with S#1 or is he going with the team?

We went to lunch at the Red Robin restaurant. It has good burgers. Very rarely do we eat out.

We went to a buffet. The service at regular retaurants is real slow around here. It's not unusual to wait anywhere from 45-60 minutes for the food.

One team has two tryouts, the other team has 4.

Hubby is going to NC with S#1. His parents and sister live in NC so he will visit them at the same time.
