BTW, the sweet 100's tomatoes are a keeper for sure, wonderful! Looking and hunting the plant, I found 12, so we had half a dozen each, yummm!!

I love lemon balm but I didn't realise it had repellent qualities. I'll plant more around I think. Love the smell.

Talking about aromatic plants, I have a plant from the salvia family called Pineapple Sage, just THE most amazing smell. Do any of you know those little soft lollies(candy) that are yellow and green and shaped like tiny pineapples? Well thats what it smells like, yummy.

All I've seen about Stella's D road trip was a couple of pages back when Stella mentioned she had just left!

Ohhh Gail...that sounds sooooo nice...can they be mailed to the states?

Gday Julie. How was everyone's day? Tonight for dinner we are having Roast Pork with all the trimmins! Must get myself on the move soon to make brunch, pikelets today.

Stella said she had a call from her daughter. The GPS was telling her to get off the road she was on, as it always wants you on the fastest route. Stella was unhappy that daughter followed advice of GPS, then was slowed down because of an accident on the thruway that GPS told her she should be on. I hope I have that all correct.

I've seen a lot of different sage, but not pineapple...I'dlove some of that as well...

Mamacita, it grows so easily from cuttings and every time I run my hands over the leaves, my mouth waters! I assume it is only ornamental because the leaves are furry.

Gail, what is the name of the plant? I don't think we have soft yellow & green lollies shaped like pineapples, but if they smell like pineapples, that sounds delicious.

Hello, Julie, Gail, Mamacita and Rola. Stella reported that D1 is on her way and stuck in traffic on a thru-way. Followed the GPS instead of the planned route that avoided major highways.

I have heard of/seen Russian sage, which has 'spikes' and small blue/purple flowers. I wonder if it is related.

Thank you for the update Julie. Darn GPS! What would it know. H has it in his car and I love to tick it off by going a slightly diff route, sends it into temporary melt-down. Ha, got one back on technology!
