Julie, my son is 12 and he loved it. Probably more so than even the rest of us. It skips over alot of the fight scenes but the death is sad, although well done I thought.

The review I read said it diverged from the book more than the other movies did.

D#1 and D#2 both say that Harry should die in the 7th book to keep the story true to itself. Afterall, what would someone like Harry do after getting rid of V. But I want him to live. They think he will live because JK will have caved to the pressure.

The book was long and very detailed and it would be impossible to include it all. The movie would have been 6 hours long to do that!

I haven't eaten since lunch, so I'm going to find something to chew on. See you later.

The movies have done a good job so far with faithfulness. Book Four was the one with really the most in it, and they stuck with it pretty well.

Becky, is your area finding it difficult to catch the raindrops too? We keep hearing about rain in our area, but only get occasional rain drops, barely enough to wet the sidewalk, then it's gone.

My day has been busy, yet somehow relaxed..doctors exam for hubby with somr positive feedback on fixing any problems...my European trip is looking better with today's news.

Same here. Turn on the weather channel and it shows a storm coming our way. Right before it gets here, it splits in half and goes around us.
