Have my first cuppa coffee, the day has dawned warm and humid, about right for August! My, our summer is moving fast.

We are very wet here but tomorrow is forecast fine and fine through the weekend...hooray

There are tropical systems to begin to watch, August brings up to the most likely months for hurricanes, huumm, maybe I d=should check my emergency stores. Be prepared, my motto. It is usuaual for hurricanes to get this far inland with more than rain and flash flooding, a few tornado threats, but it has happened once or twice.

only 23, maybe less by now.

Hurricanes sound dreadful...we have cyclones up north but they rarely extend this far south. Scary things!

Topper, you mean about hurricanes? Well, it has been slow here this year so far, 2 little ones before the season started, in MAY. Nothing till now, and I think there are about 3 they are watching as possibilities now, one in the gulf. I have not seen what is going on with that yet.
