So ladies want have your day been like today

It only hit one county up north that I know of. It's been breezy here today with a high in the mid 90s.

Made dinner for SIL and her hubby. Ate and visited for a bit. Other than that, the dirty word (housework) again.

just put in the 2nd load of laundry in the machine.
son #2 gone to work - was called in this morning

and have been on the MSN with Gail this morning...

Keep forgetting. Need to repeat to myself 14 hours ahead, 14 hours ahead.

Haven't seen her on the page much lately. Is she doing ok?

Gail was on with me this morning (her night) for quite a while. She kept me company!

yes, Gail is fine.. Hubby is home this week, a week off from work..

It's just that so many people seem to missing here at this time. MizT, Gail, Cyndi, etc. Have I driven them away?

Not sure who is coming to the Hot Chocolate Get together tomorrow Stella. the important people will be there..

Planning on doing some bookkeeping this afternoon for Son #1, he runs his own Web Design Business.
and it is the end of the Financial Year this week. am a few months behind

It was nice getting out of the house this evening. Since he gets up at 6 am every morning, we don't go out much during the week.

he does it for individuals that run small business.. he gets the work thru a lady that does graphics, has been doing it for 2 and a bit years. Keeps him in funds while he is at Uni. He also has a casual job at Uni in their Web Department..

so been at it for 30+ years

Didn't make dessert. I'm still unsure of what she's not allowed to eat.

The main course was Continental Chicken over spaghetti, salads and rolls.

No didn't mention date night but I think we are going to the drivein this weekend to see Rattatouie and Pirates. But it will be with the kids.

well STella, that should be fun ... went and saw Pirates with hubby a couple of weeks ago

It's real easy. Place 4 chicken breasts wrapped in dried beef in the bottom of a crockpot. Mix 1/4 c. flour and 1/4 c. sour cream together, then add to a can of cream of mushroom soup. Mix together and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6-9 hours. You can also wrap bacon around the chicken and dried beef.

Trying to remember the last movie we went to. It was either Galaxy Quest or Star Wars: Invasion of the Clones. Guess it's been awhile.
