Sometimes the logistics of travelling with a large family put me off taking them away.

Almost ready to go Stella, after all I said I'd stay for 1/2 hr...over an hour ago!

Gail, didn't mean to do that! The list looks very lopsided at the moment.

S'ok I gave up on this list. It's a bit hard to get massive numbers if there's hardly anyone here most of the time!

Yes it's hard packing everyone up but the kids absolutely love playing in the waves. I myself can't be in the sun because I get burned to a crisp, even with sunscreen.

Well, it was very nice of you to stay and chat with me! Very much appreciated!

I am trying to limit my time as well. This can really be a time sucker.

I have naturally olive skin so luckily I don't burn, but I can't stand sitting in the sun for any length of time. Not like when we were t/agers. I used to sunbathe for hours! Not any more. We've become maniacally obsessed with being sunsmart. Way too much skin cancer in Aust.

That didn't sound right. Oh well, you know what I mean.

Goodmorning/night whatever it may be in your part of the world....is anyone around? The lights are on and the room looks like its been in the middle of a wind storm...dishes and glasses all about. Tsk, tsk tsk. Oh well, Becky hasn't been here that's for sure. She's usually the one putting it back together. Well, I'll pick it up for now and wait a few minutes to see if anyone comes by.

We have had rain, got pretty miserable yesterday afternoon. Sun is shinning at the moment

It rained 3 nights ago and it wasn't even in the forecast. Everything is dry again.

Hi Rola, Gail and Becky! We've been having storms roll through. Dropping rain and then quickly moving on. It's supposed to continue due to the front moving this way from Julie.

Yes we have continuing rain forcasted for the next week

Tomato soup might make her throat feel worse.(very acidic, altho my favorite) Maybe chicken soup?

When I have a sore throat, I either drink boullion or make sour cream potato soup. Both slide down easy.

Becky, I thought you were getting the storms also. The map showed it coming from the west of us.
