We just got back from a long weekend visiting daughter, SIL, & grand and get home to find volume 3. I've missed all of you! Plus, I have a week's worth of reading here and on puzzles! Stella, I did spend the day in front of a fan, it is sooo very hot here today, yesterday, and the rest of the week! heat index of 113 today OUCH! And I have to go out! I hope Wl mart has thier AC set on FREEZE heheheh.

Thanks Stella, will try. I am soo thankful for airconditioning today! wishing my life away, but hoping it will be better next week, I need to get outside and cut grass, but NOT IN THIS HEAT! I did get a path cut to the domes and autos before the heat got so bad. The rest can wait for temps below 100.

Good afternoon everybody. It is sooooo hot here. We broke records yesterday and probably will today as well.
Waiting for hubby to get home (from business trip) so we can head toward the beach where he is playing golf for the next four days. The temp is ower at Myrtle Beach but the heat index is way higher.

Have fun at Myrtle Beach Cyndi! Is he playing in a golf tournament?

Hi everone....hope its a little cooler today for those who have been stuck in the swealtering temps....still in the 90's today, but much lower humidity....storms late this evening will lower the temps for a few days...and then back into the soup.

I've had a fun day...Hubby and I went to Philadelphia Park, Its a horse race park and casino, where I had a small amount of luck, we had a nice lunch and called on some friends....all in all, a very pleasant day. The luck netted me a tidy sum toward my European trip...hot diggity dog!!! Whooo Hooo!

I have changed my you tube and animated picture again. I really like this picture...think I'll keep it for a good while, then again, there are so many nice ones...its hard to decide. Feed back will be appreciated. Fun convo on easy today....brings back good memories.

Hmmmm, talking to myself it seems, and since I've gotten so far...should I try.....

Oh Rola...I do understand!...After awhile rain, snow, cold, hot...it all gets old and we need something different. I love to watch rain or snow, but I can't stand having to be in it! Glad for the feedback, thanks. Yes, the rest of the picture is pretty too. There is something about water that I love, yet fear....its the Yin and Yang...its needed, yet it's dangerous. We can't live without it! WE can't control it...and that may be what I love about it...Its another thing that shows me that there is something far greater than man... something far beyond man's control that rules......... Regardless of what one may call HIM! Peace!

I see I have missed MizTricia, Cyndi, Stella, Mamacita, Rola, Mary and Ruby! Hope you're all having a good day inspite of too much heat in some places and too much rain in others. I have archives to read, but will try to pop in periodically.

It seems that others are busy, overcome by heat, having a leisurely lunch, etc. I am going to call it a night here. To everyone else, nothing but the best and hope to see you tomorrow!
